What is a gift voucher?
Our gift voucher allows you to gift an amount of money toward one of our packages, events or tours. You can choose one of our set amounts or enter the value you'd prefer.
The receiver of your gift voucher can then choose which experience they want to travel on when they redeem the voucher.
How is a gift voucher redeemed?
The gift voucher is delivered via email.
All the recipient needs to do is give our friendly reservations team a call on 0800 872 467 option 2 or email travelcentre@greatjourneysnz.com to use their voucher.
A gift voucher can be used as full payment or part payment for any event, short break or tour and for any number of people.
So the recipient has the flexibility to put the voucher toward a holiday experience on their own or with their entire family – they might even invite you.
Please note: Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on any of our Scenic Class and Scenic Plus train services.
Can it be refunded?
Unfortunately the gifted amount cannot be refunded.
However a balance on the gift voucher can be used within 3 years of the issue date.
