- Prizes will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at the end of each month (April 2025, May 2025).
- Five winners will be selected each month.
- Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the prize draw and their respective prize and will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize within 7 days.
- If a winner does not accept their prize or does not respond within the required time frame, a new winner will be drawn.

- The prizes for each month will vary and will be allocated at random.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
- The winner agrees to comply with all Great Journeys New Zealand terms and conditions relating to the Prize. Where the Prize includes travel, Great Journeys New Zealand may impose restrictions on the dates of travel and/or black-out periods (e.g. during school holidays).
- Prize winners are responsible for arranging and paying for all costs associated with the Prize that are not explicitly stated in the applicable Prize description (including, without limitation, transfers to and from a New Zealand departure point, meals, spending money, insurance and other incidentals).

This competition is promoted by KiwiRail Limited operating as Great Journeys New Zealand (“Great Journeys New Zealand”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to this competition. These Terms form an agreement between each entrant ("you") and Great Journeys New Zealand. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
